Feedback

Submitting Feedback for the Portal

If you wish to submit feedback on the Portal or request new features, please do so by raising an NGIS Feedback request via our Jira service desk.

If you have not raised a service desk ticket before, you will need to create a service desk account. You should be able to do so with your NHS email.

Once you have created the account and have logged on to the Jira service desk, select “Submit NGIS Feedback” and fill in the appropriate fields in the form.
